Key skills

Two long-standing and very diverse projects were “In eigener Sache” and “Jugend in eigener Sache”, a cooperation between Deutsche Bank and the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society – University of of Applied Sciences. In cooperation with highly competent professors and coaches, tools were developed that trained and promoted key competencies relevant to the world of work, “soft skills”, in a playful and didactically very sophisticated way. Numerous tools were created for use in the classroom, but also for self-training, such as brochures, memo cards, index cards with work instructions, flyers, web applications and board games.

“FlipChart”

Especially for the internal employee training program of Deutsche Bank, I have developed my own font that is used for flip chart presentations. I therefore also call this font “FlipChart”. This font has since been used in many other projects and publications, including the mascot “Max Money”, which is presented here elsewhere.

Outstanding cooperation

This work with the wonderful Deutsche Bank team, with whom I always enjoy working, also led to a collaboration with my illustrator colleague Marcus Frey, with whom I very often and regularly realize joint projects. We are a well-rehearsed team and our skills complement each other perfectly.
