Projects for the University Dermatology Clinic

Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany

In autumn 2008 I was asked by Prof. Dr. Dr. Christoph Schempp from the University Hospital Freiburg im Breisgau to create graphics for his article in the “Jahrbuch für Goetheanismus 2009”. This resulted in some illustrations for the article“Die Evolution der Haut und des hautassoziierten Immunsystems (The evolution of the skin and the skin-associated immune system)”. This turned into a very pleasant and enjoyable collaboration that continues today. I have been working regularly for the Freiburg Dermatology Clinic since 2008.

Here is a small spectrum of the work I have done for the Freiburg Dermatology Clinic.

In the meantime, I have accompanied the product development “Velan Skincare” graphically, with logo development, corporate design, packaging design and many medical graphics.

And even scientific and medical topics can use a bit of humor and a cartoon every now and then. I was also able to draw a whole series of cartoons for the Freiburg Skin Clinic.
