What was the illustrator’s brief?

The supraspinatus tendon in the shoulder is a “weak point” in the human body, where problems often occur due to overexertion or ageing processes. As the shoulder is a very complicated joint, the task was to use a series of illustrations to show the function of the tendon as well as the possible damage and treatment options.

The benefit for the client

The use in patient brochures and information websites helps affected persons to better understand the topic and optimally support the therapy.

The illustrations were requested for use by several parties immediately after publication.
